We have worked hard to put in place the most efficient and cost-effective postal options for our customers.

Handling Times

Plantmamacare.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm the same day but this can be delayed during busy periods. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill an order, we will also aim to inform you of the reason for the delay.

Most orders are shipped via Standard Service (Flat rate) are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.

When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details (where applicable).

Orders Postage worldwide is calculated by order – depending on the country where the order will be delivered and total order amount.

For an accurate quote you can place your items into the shopping basket and use the “Estimate Delivery” function. Please input your address and then you will see the exact shipping cost of your order.

Rules and Restrictions

Some items sold by Plantmamacare.com require special handling.

• The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Plantmamacare.com we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
• If this affects your order, we regret for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
• If you wish to provide an alternative physical address to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

We’re sorry, products (for now) can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the European Union. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Non-Deliveries

If you receive a card saying that the courier attempted delivery, please contact the courier immediately using details on the calling card. Couriers apply a significant fines and redirection fees for items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and for items that are not called for or arranged for re-delivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent re-delivery costs will be passed on to you.

If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost.

If your order is damaged, we will send you replacements for damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied by you or by goods being otherwise undeliverable with no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery + 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us a correct information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid re-delivery costs.

If you do not receive your order within expected delivery times, please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via 3 parties and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
